2. Gather perspectives Participants receive a personal invitation. They can complete the questionnaire at their own pace and return to saved answers.
3. Discuss the findings Your adviser prepares a report for your board to discuss. Facilitation of the evaluation conversation can be arranged separately.
The process is designed to be clear for participants and useful for the board. We agree responsibilities and reporting arrangements before the evaluation begins.
